LabLink Network is a trading name of Anodria BV and acts as an intermediary platform that connects professional clients (“Clients”) with laboratories for analytical testing. This privacy policy describes how we process personal data through our website, in professional communication, and via our platform.

2. Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the context, we act in different capacities under the GDPR:
A) Website & Business Prospecting: For data from website visitors, contact requests, and commercial contacts, Anodria BV acts as the Data Controller.
B) LabLink Platform & Analytical Services: For data processed via the platform on behalf of the Client:
Client: Data Controller.
Anodria BV: Data Processor.
Laboratory: Sub-processor.
The specific obligations for this category are set out in the LabLink Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
3. What data do we process?
A) Via the website and business contacts:
Identification data (name, first name).
Business contact details (company, position, email address, phone number).
Technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies).
Content of correspondence.
B) Via the LabLink Platform (in accordance with DPA):
On behalf of the Client, we may process data such as sample identifiers, contact details of operational staff, and technical data contained in test requests or samples. Anodria BV can anonymise this data for statistical purposes and platform optimisation.
4. Purposes and Legal Basis
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Contacting and maintaining business relationships with (potential) clients and partners
Responding to and efficiently handling requests via the contact form or email
Entering into and executing professional collaborations and agreements
Direct marketing in a B2B context(e.g. information about services or updates from LabLink Network)
Recruitment and selection of (potential) employees, including assessing applications
Contact with (potential) investors, shareholders or strategic partners
Compliance with legal obligations and audits
Interaction with and compliance with obligations towards competent government authorities
Analysis and improvement of the operation and security of the website (via Google Analytics)

5. Retention periods
Contact requests: Maximum 2 years after the last meaningful contact.
Contractual documents: 7 years after the end of collaboration (fiscal/legal evidence).
Platform data: In accordance with the Client's instructions and the deadlines specified in the DPA.
6. Sharing of data
We only share data when necessary:
With Laboratories: Only the data necessary for the execution of a specific testing assignment (under the DPA).
Service providers: IT partners (hosting), accounting software and analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation activated).
Legal authorities: If required by law.
We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
7. Transfer outside the EEA
If we use service providers outside the European Economic Area (such as certain cloud services), we ensure the protection of your data through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) of the European Commission or equivalent protection mechanisms.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, and portability of your data. You can also object to processing for direct marketing.

Platform data: If we process your data as a 'Processor' (on behalf of a Client), we will forward your request to the relevant Client.
